Section "Activities"
Prior to August 2011, when the next meeting of The Levasseur Association is planned to be held in Sherbrooke, Québec, the Levasseurs of the Rivière-du-Loup region, more precisely from Pohénégamook, invite you to attend a special regional gathering of the Levasseurs on August 14 2010 in Pohénégamook. The town of Pohénégamook is in Québec and borders the Province of New Brunswick and the State of Maine. Levasseurs from the East are invited to attend and fraternize with other Levasseurs at this gathering.
For more information about this activity, consult the section «Activities» on the left side of the menu of the Levasseur Web-site: www.levasseur.org
A registration form will be sent to you shortly.

Do not forget that you can research articles by key-word on all sites by typing your request in the window in the upper right corner of the site.
Section Data base
Joceline and Gilles are continuously working and inserting new registrations in the Data base. Shortly there will be an update of the Data Base.
Articles for future Newsletters
For the next issue of the Levasseur Newsletter, please send your articles as soon as you can to André Levasseur (levasseur.andre@cgocable.ca). Despite frequent request, very few members submit articles or send old photos for publication in the Newsletter. To ensure the production of three publications yearly, the Association needs the support and articles from its members. Do not hesitate to send information about your family, a short story about your grand-parents would be appreciated. It will be available on the Levasseur Web-site for future generations of Levasseurs.
Many thanks,
Jean-Pierre Levasseur, webmaster
